Step One:	Contact Sue@ca-foreclosure.com for a service fee quote.
Step Two:	Complete online, then print the Service Agreement and Loan Information Statement.
Step Three:	Mail or fax the completed documents, along with a copy of the promissory note and deed of trust to CJ Investment Services, Inc.

 

To start a new foreclosure:

Step One:	Contact Sue@ca-foreclosure.com for the amount of the deposit required.
Step Two:	Complete online, then print the Declaration of Default and Loan Information Statement
Step Three:	Mail or fax the completed documents, along with the original note, deed of trust, copies of any assignments, and your deposit check to CJ Investment Services, Inc.

To request loan documents:

Step One:	Contact Sue@ca-foreclosure.com for the fee to prepare your documents.
Step Two:	Complete online, then print the Document Contract and the Loan Information Statement
Step Three:	Mail or fax the completed documents, along with your full loan package to CJ Investment Services
